EXECUTIVE BOARD

Robyn Myers is an Associate at Stride Consumer Partners, where she focuses on investing in consumer brands in the Beauty, Active, Food & Beverage, and Multi-Unit spaces. Prior to joining Stride, Robyn was an Investment Banking Analyst on the Midcap Investment Banking team at J.P. Morgan in the New York City office. Robyn graduated from the University of Chicago in 2021 where she double majored in Economics and Psychology and minored in Human Rights. In her spare time, Robyn loves traveling (and most recently visited the Galapagos Islands), working out (especially at Barry’s Bootcamp), watching the Vegas Golden Knights, and exploring the restaurant scene in Boston!

Julia Stephenson is an associate at THL Partners, where she focuses on healthcare investments. Prior to joining THL, Julia was an Investment Banking Analyst at Cain Brothers on the healthcare team in New York. She studied finance at Ohio State University and graduated in 2021. In her spare time, Julia enjoys coffee walks with friends, traveling, going to concerts, and watching a good movie. 

Simone Aria is an Associate at TA Associates, where she focuses on investing in consumer brands. Prior to joining TA, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore New York, on their Financial Services M&A team. In 2021, Simone graduated from Queen’s University in Canada where she studied Commerce with a focus on Finance and Economics. In her free time, Simone loves exploring Boston with friends, spending time with animals, indulging in great cinematography, and is a passionate coffee consumer.

Gillian O’Connor is currently on the investment team at M33 Growth, where she focuses on vertically oriented B2B software companies. Gillian graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Political Science. In her spare time, Gillian enjoys playing tennis and trying new restaurants.

Emily Wang is an Analyst at Bain Capital, where she focuses on technology investments. Emily graduated from MIT with a B.S. in Finance in 2023. In her free time, Emily enjoys traveling, live music, running, and rowing. 

Cassidy Piersiak is on the investment team at Volition Capital, where she focuses on the consumer sector. She graduated from Brown University in 2024, where she played on the Women's Ice Hockey team and studied Business Economics with a certificate in Entrepreneurship. In her spare time, Cassidy enjoys fishing, running, and spending time with family and friends (and her adorable dog, Sunny!).

Bethany Ko is currently an Associate at Blackstone Life Sciences, where she focuses on investments in the therapeutic, medtech, and biopharma industry. Prior to joining Blackstone, Bethany was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Healthcare Investment Banking group in New York. She graduated from University of Chicago in 2020 with a B.A. in Biological Sciences. In her spare time, Bethany enjoys sunny walks, trying new restaurants, and spending time by the water.

Olivia Carlson is on the investment team at M33 Growth, where she focuses on healthcare investments. Before M33, Olivia was a consultant at EY-Parthenon where she worked on private equity diligences and corporate strategy projects in healthcare and technology. Olivia graduated from Williams College in 2020, where she studied Psychology and was a member of the women’s varsity basketball team. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading, distance running, and skiing.

Michaela Thompson is an Associate on the investment team at Equality Asset Management, where she focuses on software and tech investments. Prior to joining EAM, Michaela focused on late-stage industrial tech investments at Battery Ventures. She graduated from Boston College in 2019, where she studied Management, Information Systems and Entrepreneurship. In her spare time, she enjoys live music, cooking, trail rides, and travel.

Olivia Thompson is on the investment team at M33 Growth, where she focuses on B2B software companies. Prior to joining M33, Olivia worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. She graduated from Boston College in 2022, where she studied Finance and Entrepreneurship. In her spare time, Olivia enjoys running, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
