Olivia Carlson is on the investment team at M33 Growth, where she focuses on healthcare investments. Before M33, Olivia was a consultant at EY-Parthenon where she worked on private equity diligences and corporate strategy projects in healthcare and technology. Olivia graduated from Williams College in 2020, where she studied Psychology and was a member of the women’s varsity basketball team. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading, distance running, and skiing.

Michelle Chen is a Senior Associate at TA Associates, where she focuses on investments in the Consumer sector. Prior to joining TA, Michelle was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology Coverage Group at JP Morgan in New York. She graduated from Duke University in 2018 with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Economics. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and long walks along the Charles River.

Gillian O’Connor is currently on the investment team at M33 Growth, where she focuses on vertically oriented B2B software companies. Gillian graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Political Science. In her spare time, Gillian enjoys playing tennis, trying new restaurants, and watching SNL reruns.

Olivia Thompson is on the investment team at M33 Growth, where she focuses on B2B software companies. Prior to joining M33, Olivia worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. She graduated from Boston College in 2022, where she studied Finance and Entrepreneurship. In her spare time, Olivia enjoys running, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Jenna Steichen is currently an Analyst on the growth equity team at Summit Partners, where she focuses on technology investments. Prior to Summit, Jenna was an investment partner on the Boston Dorm Room Fund team and a True Ventures fellow. She studied Information Systems and Jewish Studies at Boston College and completed a thesis on Conflict Resolution. She enjoys weekend camping trips, early morning runs and bike rides along the Charles, and strolling the Trader Joe’s aisles looking for new frozen meals & snacks.

Emily Chen is an associate at Thomas H. Lee Partners, where she focuses on investments in Technology & Business Solutions. Prior to THL, Emily was an analyst in the Strategic Partners group at Blackstone in New York.  She studied economics and statistics at UC Berkeley, and was nationally ranked as a member of the varsity debate team. Outside of work, Emily enjoys struggling through pilates classes, petting dogs in the Boston Common, and cheering for the Celtics!

Bethany Ko is currently an Associate at Blackstone Life Sciences, where she focuses on investments in the therapeutic, medtech, and biopharma industry. Prior to joining Blackstone, Bethany was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Healthcare Investment Banking group in New York. She graduated from University of Chicago in 2020 with a B.A. in Biological Sciences. In her spare time, Bethany enjoys sunny walks, trying new restaurants, and spending time by the water.

Michaela Thompson is an analyst on the investment team at Equality Asset Management, where she focuses on software and tech investments. Prior to joining EAM, Michaela focused on late-stage industrial tech investments at Battery Ventures. She graduated from Boston College in 2019, where she studied Management, Information Systems and Entrepreneurship. In her spare time, she enjoys live music, cooking, trail rides, and travel.”

Madison Shaw is currently on the investment team at Summit Partners, where she focuses on investments in Growth Products & Services companies. Prior to joining Summit, Madison worked in Technology & Services investment banking at Raymond James in Boston. She graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in Economics and a Finance Concentration. In her spare time, Madison enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending time with friends.
