Olivia Thompson is an Associate at M33 Growth, where she invests in B2B software companies. Prior to joining M33, Olivia worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. She graduated from Boston College in 2022, where she studied Finance and Entrepreneurship. In her spare time, Olivia enjoys running, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Simone Aria is an Associate at TA Associates, where she focuses on investing in consumer brands. Prior to joining TA, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore New York, on their Financial Services M&A team. In 2021, Simone graduated from Queen’s University in Canada where she studied Commerce with a focus on Finance and Economics. In her free time, Simone loves exploring Boston with friends, spending time with animals, indulging in great cinematography, and is a passionate coffee consumer.

Jocelyn Mayer is an Associate at TA Associates, where she focuses on investing in software companies. Prior to joining TA, she was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard, on their Real Estate, Gaming, & Lodging team. Jocelyn graduated from Carnegie Mellon, where she played on the women's soccer team and studied business. 

​Chapin is a Senior Associate at Stride Consumer Partners, a consumer-focused growth equity firm based in Boston. Prior to joining Stride, she was an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Deutsche Bank. Chapin graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Political Science and Chinese. Outside of work, Chapin enjoys traveling, running, listening to podcasts, spending time with family and friends, and exploring Boston.

​Michaela Thompson is an Associate on the investment team at Equality Asset Management, where she focuses on software and tech investments. Prior to joining EAM, Michaela focused on late-stage industrial tech investments at Battery Ventures. She graduated from Boston College in 2019, where she studied Management, Information Systems and Entrepreneurship. In her spare time, she enjoys live music, cooking, trail rides, and travel.

Emily Wang is an Associate at Bain Capital, where she focuses on technology & business services investments. Emily graduated from MIT with a B.S. in Finance in 2023. In her free time, Emily enjoys traveling, live music, running, and rowing.

Kennedy is an Associate at Stride Consumer Partners, where she focuses on consumer investments in the beauty, food & beverage, and active lifestyle sectors. Prior to joining Stride, Kennedy worked in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group at Moelis & Company in New York City. She graduated from Auburn University, where she studied Finance and Psychology. In her spare time, Kennedy enjoys baking, fitness, and live music.

Cassidy Piersiak is on the investment team at Volition Capital, where she focuses on the consumer sector. She graduated from Brown University in 2024, where she played on the Women's Ice Hockey team and studied Business Economics with a certificate in Entrepreneurship. In her spare time, Cassidy enjoys fishing, running, and spending time with family and friends (and her adorable dog, Sunny!).

Ella is an Associate at Volition Capital, where she focuses on B2B software investments. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 2023, where she studied Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics. In her spare time, Ella enjoys running, traveling, and hosting dinner parties.

Karen Yen is an Associate at Berkshire Partners, where she focuses on business & consumer services. Prior to joining Berkshire, Karen was an Associate at Bain & Company. Karen earned a coordinated dual-degree between Wharton and Penn Engineering in 2022.
